BTS Jin's Epiphany Struggles to Stream As Some ARMY'S
Refuse to Support.
Its been a couple of days since BTS Jin's solo intro 'Epiphany' dropped as the trailer for their upcoming album 'Love Yourself; Tear'. The song talks about someone who's trying to find and realizing who he must love the most. It is basically a song of self discovery and revelations.
With poignant lyrics and deep meanings it a wonder why some ARMY's believe it isn't being viewed as much as other solo trailers by BTS. Case in point, the Love Yourself; Tear comeback trailer; 'singularity' performed by V.
'Singularity' itself received a lot of compliments and views when it dropped with artists like Gallant posting a video of himself singing to it on twitter.
Mostly the allegation is that some solo stans (a person who prefers only one member of the group) do not want Jin's Epiphany surpassing their favorites. Epiphany now seats at 20 million views on YouTube 6 days since its release. Singularity at 54 million views, 3 months since its release. Euphoria with 31 million views, 4 months after its release and serendipity with 69 million views, 11 months since it dropped.
Frankly, I believe Jin's MV (music video) was very well put together, simply represented and executed and properly interpreted. Maybe some ARMYs wanted more mystery, needed it represented in a deeper way. Maybe they wanted more graphics, more scenes; who knows? but the fact is that for a video that dropped 6 days ago its doing very well and deserves the attention.
Give it a listen and I'm sure you will have an 'Epiphany' as to why its impressive.
